Whether I am scouting for locations or handling a client's relocation to Louisiana, I ensure that all properties scheduled to be seen match exactly or are close variants of the client's requirements, wants and needs.
As co-owner of Augustino Brothers, Inc., a general contracting firm (LA LIC # 43592) , I specialize in commercial and residential construction, as well as historical restoration and federal and state projects. My in field experiences over the years as construction project manager has afforded me the opportunity of overseeing multi million dollar projects from conception to completion; a depth of knowledge one can only gain from drafting bids, negotiating contracts, handling insurance claims or rising to the challenge of change orders, all done while under deadline constraints.
As a licensed real estate broker ( BROK.0995685406) and REALTOR (NOMAR # 21437) I can legally contract with and currently represent hundreds of architecturally unique properties; properties that can both provide unparalleled privacy and accommodate the largest production crews.
I have over a 200 hours of post baccalaureate specialized education in real estate and construction, and have certifications in Internet Technology (EPRO), Home Staging (ASP), and hold membership in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM). I am a Historic Homes Specialist (New Orleans Preservation Resource Center) and I am licensed, bonded, insured, and have corporate membership as an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.
